Hi Everyone! I am officially finished with my first year of business school!! The last 2 weeks of school were pretty much extremely intense and after I was done I just needed a break, from everything. At first I felt a little bad for being so lazy and not going anywhere or dressing up or taking pics but then, I didn’t lol. Why? Because I needed to relax. I needed to clear my mind from everything that was going on. I personally chose to take a little break from blogging because I felt the need to rejuvenate.

My blog is to showcase my daily style and show you how I really dress up when I’m going places. And since I wasn’t going anywhere the last 3 weeks, there were no posts lol. But I’m back in the game and feeling refreshed! Back home for the summer and super excited for what the next three months have in store.

Now on to the outfit. You can never go wrong with a plain white tee, skinny jeans, and pointed toe pumps! One of my line sisters (I’m in a sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.) graduated from law school today and while I thought I wanted to really really dress up, the outfit I had planned didn’t really work out…go figure.

So, I threw this outfit together and rushed out the house. I love the fit of this longline coat from none other than H&M. It tied the look together for me. Paired it with a statement necklace, my handy dandy bag, and a pair of shades and BOOM BAYBEH! (I watched Emperor’s New Groove the other day and that line is once again stuck in my mind)
