The Fall months are a great time for me to experiment with different makeup looks (IMO), because the weather is at a point where I feel comfortable enough to wear makeup more without feeling like my face is going to melt off from the heat. So today’s post is all about the 5 best makeup trends for fall 2019 and how you can achieve them!
I love a good blend of eyeshadows as with any other makeup obsessed person, BUT, as of late, I’ve been leaning more towards these one color eyeshadow looks. Not only are they super easy to achieve, but they can be done in different ways to give you your desired look. For today’s post, I went with a more precise look.
Winged eyeshadow is the perfect way ton get the most out of your eye looks and allows you to use one less step, which is a win in my book! Taking the shade “Wiggalese” from the ABHxJackieAina Palette, I swiped the shadow across my eye and thinned it out into a wing as I neared the end corner. You can go as dramatic or as subtle as you prefer with this one!
As of late, I’ve been into applying blush more heavily, drawing it upwards towards the temples, following where I would normally apply contour. To achieve this, I used a berry shade (Berried Away) from Mented Cosmetics. This technique gives my skin a nice rosy tint.
Red wine colored lips is a classic fall trend that really doesn’t go out of style. I kept mine fairly simple with a deeper red tone and slightly lined my lips with a brown liner for added definition. For a matte look, dab your finger into your fave translucent powder and lightly apply on sheen lips.
Euphoria makeup has been making WAVES since the show first premiered. Shimmery eyeshadow has always been a thing, but Euphoria has helped to kind of put it more mainstream vs. just on runways. I love seeing the added crystals and jewels around the eye.
